Post-Patch Fallout 3 Freezing Glitch – Xbox 360 (Will the patch work? Watch to find out!!!)
This video is in conjunction with my other video of the Fallout 3 freezing problem. As it turns out if you have a save and it is glitched it ……. (Watch to find out) HERE IS A LIST OF KNOWN BUG FIXES: BUG FIXES -Friends notification no longer causes the game to pause. (Playstation 3) -Fixed occasional crashes during loading and waiting. -Friendly or neutral NPC health bars, when taking damage, no longer flicker repeatedly. -Fixed issue where certain NPCs would occasionally disappear from the game. -Fixed issue where dead NPCs would occasionally come back to life. -Fixed rendering issue with the Gatling Laser gun’s tracers. -Fixed issue where the haircut menu would occasionally not appear properly. -Added ability to remap your VATS and pip boy buttons. -Fixed rare load/save issues that would cause NPCs to behave incorrectly. -Fixed issue where quest objectives would occasionally not update properly due to talking activators, intercoms and conversations. -Using Radaway from the Pip-Boy’s Status Menu repeatedly no longer crashes the game. -Player no longer gets stuck in level up menu if their skills are maxed out. -Fixed issue where multiple followers would occasionally not load into an interior. -Fixed rare issue with getting stuck in VATS mode. -Fixed rare crash with fighting NPCs with corrupted data. -In game radios will now play properly if player was listening to the radio in the Pip-Boy first. simplest answer. bethesda dev team sucks. they should have fixed any bugs before production and i mean a full run through of every single accesible little entity. i ha e the pc vers with abpve reccomended specs and after 5 min of playing it freezes.
your all fucking lucky my save is 140 hours and i have everything possible in the game and every time i load my charcter 5 seconds later freezes tried everything i have had this file start 2009 and im know fucked if any one has one sugestion help and if i hear some more shit about clearing your chache il be so fuking pissed
@7162good Sane here when i do that glitch it happens to. Its not a permanet glitch or anything its probably just from trading alot. Just do the glitch wait a while and dosome more of the glitch.
Wow…i feel like such a lifeless person!!!(im not tho.!! i got a girlfriend and all tht good stuff)…but i feel bad bc ive spent like….130 hours on a save file but with the game finished and about 30 hours in a new save file…
this happens quite alot. my solution was i create a new character but idk it works for me
mine freezes when im leaving vault 101. how do i fix it
mine freezes after i find dad then go upstairs and try to the the garage i cant even get to this point iv made 2 charecters now and still freezes
i have a ps3 and it dose that when i trade a lot (unlimited amo and caps)
how do i make it stop
@UWANTBANANA OH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks dude i thoguht you played 90 hours nonstop and only saved 4 times…cool i i only save 1 character…is it any hard to have multiple characters? i might try it

I can run this game in WINDOW MODE.. and have NO crashes what so ever. Yet suffer from a constant 25 – 35FPS artifact then back to 60+ fps cant seem to change any settings to fix So that keeps me from using window mode. Fullscreen nets typical frames 60 – 100++ frames no AA Aniso 1920X1080 Very High graphics. I’ll be walking thru the game world and suddenly the game gets a pasty grainy film with no shadows and grinds along at 1 – 5 fps. When i look down or up it goes away. Otherwise/restart.
@UWANTBANANA lol i always save i get scared it will freeze or something (it hasnt yet but these vids make me save a ton) i got like 700 saves lol…nice 90 hours btw you must be really good =)
when i play fallout 3 on my 360 all that happens is it freezes every so often (i could play 5 hours and it would freeze maybe once) and sometimes i would get a random colorful line or shape on my screen (has happened twice) i dont really know what is up with fallout 3 but ive read and seen videos that people cant play fallout all together…the game is fun as hell but it can be scetchy for any console

I have GOTY with about 60 hours on it And I can’t get into tenpenny anymore, and all my shits in it! I fixed it for awhile but then it fucked up again, I think its because of a scratch though
@ZXBrad The only other way is to find someone that does and update your hard drive. So basically plug your hard drive into a friends console and update your xbox and the game. Besides that there is no other way

@ZXBrad You do not need xbox live gold to update a game….if you can connect your xbox to the internet and connect to the server you should be able to update the game….you will need to setup an account on Xbox live silver which is free
the glitch keeps happening to me but i dont have xbox live so i cant update is there any other way
